Esbenshade Family
Thanks Leg Arms for sharing what God put on your heart! It was a great lesson/reminder for our family!
Shawn Fox
Be really cool if you could put Welker farms in old English letters on the hood of the smoker or the door where the wood or charcoal goes in at just something to make it stand out
andreas
Hi Guys What happened to the auction video. Was watching it live then it stopped. Tried to restart the clip but it was gone.
Hopefully you guys were still film the auction when the smoker was offered and you can edit it and reload the clip.
Just want to see it and the attention it finally generated.
lilmikeyab
What happened to the other video? I didn't get to see it before it was removed??

Missed legarms’ life teaching. Welcome back!!
Brady Schroeder
The smoker was bought by a guy that is close to my work did an awesome job on it
Da vid
Knurling is a strange word, you´re right.
If you don´t give it your best and work for the best oucome possible, is it even worth doing? As a machinist I´ve been trained that nothing but perfection is acceptable. I make parts for rifles, aviation and all kinds of things that can go horribly wrong if I half-ass my job.
Tracy Eaves
Looking good
Jared Timms
Very cool
Ontario Vintage Tractor
Thanks @legarms I needed the pick me up speech! Attitude and outlook can make a huge difference in life. 👍🏻
Eric Austin
Should’ve put a chrome stack on the smoker
Sean Arens
Where can i get one of these!!
LSE LLC (Lumanet Solar Energy LLC)
OK that design you used fails. You have the fire chamber lower than your lowest rack. Than you have to have a solid plate in the chamber so your smoke can travel left to right at mid level and than back where the stack will be in order to cover 2 solid racks.
Welcome to the center pin :-)
Chris Sperling
Scott, thanks you and your family are awesome you guys brighten up the day, always look forward to your videos glad you are back, may the good Lord bless you and your family and may you have a prosperous year to come. God bless and Semper Fi

Anyone else wish those rasp plates could have just been clear coated?
Robert Davis
Should have used at least 3/8ths. or heavier on that Log Dog Leg Arms. Take it from someone who have built a dozen of those things. Really nice fabrication skills guys. Hello Cody.
jandcco
what happened to the live stream of the auction (was watching) and what did the BBQ ROTOSMOKER sell for????
Tucker S
Did any of you guys see nick in that wheelchair?
Obama Big Ears
Thank God Leg Arms showed up to help with this project - could anyone imagine if Nick would have done this on his own, Homer Simpson’s season 2 when he designed his own car would come to mind😂😂
ookalleoo
👍👌🍖
Riley Zarnowski
Are you going to need a weight permit to take the beast down the road?!! 🤔
Boneless Whiskey
Thanks to the Welkers, and Andrew Camarata, i will be buying my first welder here in a few hours. I've always wanted one, and finances came through. Theres a shop not too far from me that has Lincoln Electric AC/DC stick welders, and i think its a great entry level welder to start with. Unless i can find a Miller wire fed welder for a good price. :)
Richard Driggers
LegArms I had a notification that a video was available on the finished smoker and asked how much would someone might bid for it at aution. However youtube says video was removed by uploader? Is there a malfuntion junction here/

Cynthia Green

Brian Mencl
I’m pretty sure that I am the reason that you needed to say that!!! Amen. Thank you GOD.
Luke Hansen
You had the perfect opportunity to put a chrome exhaust pipe on there
Gabriel Iauer
Hello, Congratulations on the incredible content you have been making available on your channel.
I am a trainee in digital agriculture in Brazil and I have been inspired by your videos,
I share how it's the agriculture in Brazil with the rest of the world. If you want to take a look at how things are here in Brazil this is my channel: Monagri Ag. Digital.
Brad Lilly
I wish I was closer. I could forge out some stuff for your smoker and trade corny puns with Bob
Robert Welker
That would be "husky" humor 😁
David McGee
Difference between a judgment and assessment. You bite into an apple and find a half of a worm. Assessment this apple has a worm and I have half in my mouth. making incorrect Judgments, all apples have worms. We are open to honest critique / assessment but not to faulty judging. Important to know the difference in assessing ourselves and others. just a thought
David McGee
The reflective moments are not speeches, they are "life lessons", things to grow by..
Brandon Gustafson
Thankyou for the encouraging words Scott! Your fabrication work is amazing!

IMPORTANT READ LEG ARMS GOOD GRILL UPGRADE To seal doors well go buy door gasket material used on wood burning stoves it seals awesome.
Colorado Redneck
The best to use is like the 1/2 inch flat fiberglass weave and don't get adhesive back use tiny rivets and little washers you will thank me for that advise.
Colorado Redneck
Lmk what u think I'm on facebook shoot me a pm haas.
Morgan Sedge
It's nice to see you using the lathe Leg Arms :-) if one day you need to find out how to do something with using your lathe ..maybe watch my mechanics the guy does awesome stuff with his lathe even making nuts and bolts rivets you name it he has the knowledge and is creative

Leg arms always has great motivation speeches. The world needs more leg arms speeches.
Éve Brassard
your little speech thing came just at the right time. Thanks
Dyno Mow
Good word! Looking great! I am working to get my lathe and mill and a few other metal fab tooling! Thanks for sharing!
Mark Heischman
Hey Leg Arms.. I could be wrong, but it seemed you were being awfully hard on yourself in this video. You shouldn't. You're a hell of a fabricator and from what I can tell a hell of a guy. Hope all is well! Great to see you back in the shop!
Ron Grace
Hay it is good to see your arm is ok and you could get back to your work nice job on the grill legarm
Neal and Colleen Craven
yes go with chrome
Colin Costine
Also...........read your Bible every day.
Bob Jackson
nice to see Scott fabricating again!
Brian Anderson
You should make a model of a Big Bud and mounted it on the grille and have stacks coming out it that smoke.
Wolf Pierce
Leg Arms glad to see both of your paws working again !!!
Keith Westbrooks
So good to see Leg Arms back in the shop. He looks happy.
Nick Kercheval
I’m thinking this is about a $15,000. Smoker😉!
Ron Trent
Your words were appreciated!! Thank you!!
McCormick Thompson
Should've used a tailings elevator from an old 1688 or something for the stack
Eddie Morton Tap Man
Scott and Dad as always getting it Done again !
Kevin Lesch
10:10. Most guys took them off and completely forgot about them until they ran them over. Most ended up in the scrap pile for that reason. Congrats you have one that is in original condition, until you cut it up!
D Mac
from my own multiple injuries I can guarantee you this type of stuff is excellent therapy Scott. best wishes, looking awesome guys
James Perteet
Add a propane or electric burner underneath with it's own box and thermostat. That will let you build a small fire for smoke and the burner will control the heat. Frees you up from tending the fire to regulate cooking temp. You will thank me for that idea later.

I was a pro sandblasted while going to college! I sandblasted grave markers, engines, Model A’s, T’s. What a fun, but dirty job! Loved it. You guys keep proclaimin’ the Gospel. It’s what many need to hear in these times. Love the fam.
MIchael Olenick
Glad to seeing Leg Arms using his arm in the shop, you guys need to have someone work with you when working on equipment.
Bob Nerhus
Wanted to share with you that I’ve watched with interest your site for some time but was most interested in your rotor conversion to a smoker/grill as my dad and I were one of the first owners of a 1460 back in the day. We took a lot of grief for that at the time, funny now how that technology is everywhere. Also mention I’m retired in Az and have shared your hobby with the “Big Buds” with my neighbor who is a past CEO/Pres of IH/Steiger
Keep up the good work and stay safe!
Caleb Nord
Great message leg arms!
stirlingfromla
That's NOT a knurl! Every machinist out there is shaking their head.....
Daniel Kintigh
At 11:34, Adam Savage calls stuff like this "hiding the crimes". I don't know why, but I like the way it sounds, and it's a common necessary practice in making/fabricating. Especially being a perfectionist like yourself
Travis Cole
I always love leg arms inspirational tidbits
Pete Schiavoni
That smoker is coming out great. Thanks Leg Arms for your words. Being disabled since getting the bad news on 02/20/2013 I’ve been down the depression road but thankfully reached the end and have had nothing but a positive outlook and find a way every day to build up those around me through positivity. I much prefer living happy than sad. Thank you.
CamoJ123
12:20 Scott stop making me cry with your truths 😭
kevin crile
Yes live center
Andrew B
Might have issues with heat/smoke transfer .. most smokers burn chamber is dropped down from main barrel to help with flow. Could still make it a pellet smoker which doesn't use a separate burn box. Either way still a cool unique build
Grant Hardegree
This is for Leg Arms the little speech you talked about it was like it was ment for me I am on disability and every word you spoke was like it was directed at me I know you are supposed to love yourself before you can love other things but I do not love myself and I don't know why I don't have a car I don't have any friends or family I feel like I am all alone
Justin Jones
I can’t understand what you are going through but I would encourage you to hang in there and if you haven’t, try to take it to the Lord and lay it at his feet. He can show you how to love yourself because He loved you first. You have so much to offer in this life. You still have a purpose. Don’t give up.

Metroplex 2428
Your welcome @Robert Welker I can't wait to get it . I loved the live stream. You guys did amazing
Robert Welker
Thanks much!
Jean Louis Binchet
Magnifique, superbe travail👍👍👍😍
Larry Medler
Congratulations! You may have just painted the first piece of agriculture equipment with clear coat like car and truck manufactures have been doing for over thirty years. I keep wondering who will be the first Green, Red, Blue, Yellow, Silver, US, or Europe to start production clear coating their agriculture equipment. Farmers wash and wax their Tractors and Combines more than their trucks.
Valentinas Galinis
Can i order one for my birthday ? :))
1971hodge
Leg Arms your lathe thingy is a tailstock bearing center
Mikeyb
I was just thinking tailstock. But, that makes sense.
Da vid
The pointy thing is a live center
fowletm1992
Good move on the rasp bars
Free parts for your combines
Makes the smoker more authentic with the used ones anyway
The Veteran Farmer
Yep, live center
Fenland Rob
Leg arms is a very sensitive man and talks a lot of sense too. Great fab work to guys love that smoker. You should have your own little winter fab work shop. Rob from the 🇬🇧
RODNEY BLACKLEY
stack 4" or larger or you get stale smoke and it will make you sick
Tim Maslyn
I really do appreciate that Scott shares his motivation. We need so much of that in our world right now, and I call these the "Mustard Seeds of Hope". Love watching your videos guys, thanks for sharing your life and your wisdom. Keep fighting the good fight and God Bless you and your family!
DIY Guy
Remembers the first vids of rough cutting and chopping up bullet. Leg arms montage makes a door worthy of a pro.
Next time make a stand up smoker. Then you can keep the rotor without a stack, cut holes in the bulkheads for the smoke/heat to rise through.
