They got a call for trespassing so they were investigating a crime. You were legally detained. They determined you did nothing wrong and you were free to go. I’m all for auditors, but not every detainment is illegal.

I have to say this guy is in the wrong, everybody watching this knows he did nothing wrong but the cop doesn't know what if anything happened before he arrived so he had to detain him in order to work out did he trespass or not---its like a guy assaulting someone then walking around the corner and a cop says a 911 call reported him,the guy says I didn't do anything,,now should the cop let him go or investigate the scene ?.
