I watched this video two years ago and now I’m going back to watch it again. It changed the way I thought about life and what I should really focus on doing with it. Makes you realize that all your day to day worries are such small problems and that we should just focus on what brings satisfaction to us and happiness.

so he seen ww1 as a very little kid , saw the roaring 20s , been threw the great depression , FOUGHT in ww2 , then seen Korea war/Vietnam / cold war, space travel , the fall of the soviets , berlin wall falling , advance of technology , Gulf wars , Middle east wars , 2008 crash etc etc .

People says somking a cigarette reduces your 1 day of life, but in this case it seems like his age is instead increased by somking 12 cigars a day

My favorite thing about this and why I think God kept him here is that no one else did retirement like him, and not to be weird but the fact he is African American I feel just kinda proves something - how hard it was for them to fight in a war yet heres the most known war and heres the longest living veteran. Idk just seems pretty awesome and I think abt this video all the time

He is lucky to not have taken care of himself and liver that long. This gives ppl a reason to belive they can do the same and be as lucky. I am from Sardina. A blue zone. We just all live that long. We don't smoke, we eat a plant-based diet. We drink red wine a couple of times a day and here we walk just about every where. I have family in America and I know most are over weight and eat out of packages or fast food. Eat fresh!

A true Cristian isn't someone who goes to church every single day, a true Cristian is someone who puts the word of God into practice in his or her everyday life. I know people that don't miss a day of church but yet don't go by this rule at all and I know people that don't hardly go to church that are more Cristian than those that do. At the end of the day going to church is fine as long as you go for yourself to help yourself to focus on your relationship with God. If you go to church and don't feel the benefits of it your focusing on the wrong things

My mother in law will be 100 in June this year! Amazing woman. Her hearing is not so good but she is AWESOME! We talk on the phone every once in a while but the saddest part is that we haven't been allowed to visit her for a year now, since covid-19. Hopefully we will be able to celebrate her 100th birthday in exactly 4 months. :)
